TPA3116 Amplifiers, Explained: AS-33 + AK3116
TPA3116 is the chip behind many compact class-D amplifiers
TPA3116 is a class-D audio amplifier chip designed for efficient, compact power delivery. In a complete amplifier, the chip drives the speakers while the power supply and control circuits handle volume, input, and protection. The result is a small box that can power a pair of passive speakers without the weight and heat of a traditional receiver.
WOOPKER uses this technology in the AS-33 and the AK3116. Both are rated for 100W x 2 output and designed for passive speakers in desktop, TV, bookshelf, and small-room setups. The main difference is in the features around the chip.
WOOPKER AS-33: dual TPA3116 with more controls
The WOOPKER AS-33 is a 2.0-channel stereo amplifier with dual TPA3116 chips, Bluetooth 5.0, RCA input, and bass, treble, and master volume controls. It is a practical choice when you want wired and wireless input plus tone controls in one compact unit.

The AS-33 is powered by the included DC 24V / 5A adapter and supports passive speakers in the 4-8 ohm range. Connect speakers before powering on, select Bluetooth or RCA, and use the front controls to tune the sound.
WOOPKER AK3116: a small amplifier with a simple setup
The WOOPKER AK3116 is a compact 2.0-channel mini amplifier with rated 100W x 2 output, Bluetooth, and AUX input. It is designed for someone who wants a minimal amplifier that stays out of the way.

The AK3116 supports passive speakers in the 4-8 ohm range. Use Bluetooth for wireless sources or AUX for a phone, computer, or media player. Keep the first test at low volume and check speaker connections before powering on.
Which TPA3116 amp should you choose?
- Choose the AS-33 when you want dual TPA3116 output, RCA input, and bass, treble, and master volume controls.
- Choose the AK3116 when Bluetooth and AUX are enough and you prefer the smallest possible amplifier.
- Check speaker impedance before connecting; both models are intended for 4-8 ohm passive speakers.
A simple first-time setup
- Power off the amplifier before connecting speakers.
- Connect the left and right speaker outputs with correct polarity.
- Connect the power adapter and turn on the amplifier.
- Select Bluetooth or AUX, start at low volume, and raise it gradually.
- If the sound is too bright or too soft, use the available tone or volume controls to match the speakers and room.
